Hokkaido is famous about food. For our guest to more enjoy the meal, the service staff is very important. Restaurant service staff has the longes time to get touch with guest, espeicially Kaiseki. If you are in Kaiseki restaurant, you can learn more knowledge of cusine.
cook (Japanese, Western, Chinese, Pastry)
Hokkaido has great seafood, vagetables and meat. Using these fantastic ingredients to creat wonderful dishes to satisfy our guests. In Yugawara area, you need to learn how to create Yuba.

Noguchi Kanko N-1 Contest
To expand the scope of cook's acctive, we hold internal cooking contest since 2014. The first prize will be choosed from each departmet, and will serve in our hotels.

Cooking study group
Due to our young cooks want to have chance to learn and improve the cookery, we hold cooking study group several times every month. Chef of each hotels will teach new staff their cookery and experience.
Pre-emplyment training (Summer ・ Winter)
It is a training for the prospective employees who expected to graduate from university or high school in this school year. It will take 1 wwek to have on-the-job training and hotel staff manners training with our group hotel.
For the prospective employees who expected to graduate from university or high school in this school year, there is a conference with president, officers and general managers after orientation. It is a good chance to feel free to ask question.
Follow up training
After joining our company 3 months, there is a training which can meet the colleague who enter our company at the same time with you. After 6 months, there is a confrence.

It is mandatory for employee to use paid holiday for 5 days in a row once a year.
